Job Description

You’ll be joining our clinical team in the South West region.

• The role is employed and permanent
• Up to 3 days per week alongside your current employment
• Delivering face to face and online training to our current clinicians and on delivering digital dentistry
• Travel across the area is required so a driving licence and vehicle is essential

• Lead the implementation and integration of digital workflow technology
• Support the clinicians in the region to follow best practice, continuous improvement in both services and income.
• Provide comprehensive training and education to the team including the proper use of digital scanners, related software and increasing confidence in utilising digital workflow technology
• Collaborate with the regional iOS manager to develop and optimise workflows for digital scanning procedures, streamlining processes and maximising efficiency
• Serve as a point of contact for dentists regarding both general and technical issues
• Offer guidance to fellow dentists on best practice including for integrating digital workflows into clinical practice and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Monitoring KPIs related to digital workflow adoption and usage, analysing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and areas of success
• Stay abreast of advancements in digital dentistry technology and techniques through ongoing education and research, sharing insights and knowledge with the dental team to drive innovation and excellence

• To be a GDC Registered Dentist or Clinical Dental Technician
• A minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in Digital Dentistry with proven digital workflow experience including dentures, bridges and crowns
• Preferably, a logbook or evidence of digital cases
• Driving licence and Vehicle
