Réalis are looking to recruit a talented Architectural Part I Assistant to join our growing Exeter team, as part of the wider Midlands, South-West and Wales Architectural Practice for a year long placement.
As a fully integrated multidisciplinary practice you will be working alongside architectural, engineering and specialist consultants across a myriad of fields.
Your role- Work on a portfolio of exciting projects collaborating with a team of creative individuals with a shared goal of design excellence.
- Participate in a mentoring scheme to support personal and professional growth after the Part I placement.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of complex, small, medium and large-scale projects.
- Recognised RIBA Part I qualification with a passion for architecture.
- High computer literacy – skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and visually, using software and hand‑drawing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organised, efficient and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Flexible approach to work with a positive and can‑do attitude.
- Self‑motivated, committed individuals able to work within a team and independently.
