Our Devon office is looking for an experienced and driven Chartered Associate to manage a diverse portfolio of work and play a key role in business development. These are great opportunities for someone ready to lead projects, and grow their profile in a region with varied and rewarding planning challenges.

• Chartered Planner / RTPI Member
• Strong, broad planning experience
• Commercial awareness of consultancy and development
• Full driving licence

• Leading and managing Planning projects from start to finish
• Preparing appraisals, applications, and appeals
• Building strong client relationships
• Contributing to business growth

• Good understanding and ability in the full range of planning work
• Good commercial understanding of development projects
• Good commercial understanding of planning consultancy business
