• Coveringthereceptionarea,maintainingapriorityforincomingcallsatalltimes
• Takeclearandconcisemessages
• Communicatingallmessagespromptlyandaccurately
• Provideadministrativesupporttothe Manager
• Maintainstationerystocksandoverseetheorderingofnewsupplies
• Generalreceptiondutiesasandwhenrequired
