Thisroleisakeypartofthepatientjourneyandrequiresveryhighpersonalstandardstodeliveraqualityofcareandworldclasscustomerexperience.

- Coveringthereceptionarea,maintainingapriorityforincomingcallsatalltimes
- Takeclearandconcisemessages
- Communicatingallmessagespromptlyandaccurately
- Provideadministrativesupporttothe Manager
- Maintainstationerystocksandoverseetheorderingofnewsupplies
- Generalreceptiondutiesasandwhenrequired
