Tutors and Lecturers for Advanced Courses We are continuing to expand our teaching team of tutors and lecturers for our advanced courses, to support and guide students throughout the taught element of their training. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging and accessible curriculum content, collaborating with colleagues, using online and IT tools, and creating interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.

We’re looking for tutors and lecturers who can build strong, supportive relationships with students, effectively manage both in-person and online teaching (OPT) modalities, and facilitate group dynamics with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Additional duties include assessing student work, providing constructive and inclusive feedback, organising tutorials, and maintaining accurate records, all while prioritising the principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in every aspect of teaching and interaction.

FdA in Integrative Counselling (BACP accredited course).
The FdA in Integrative Counselling (Levels 4 and 5, BACP accredited course) is a two year, University of Worcester validated programme that prepares students to qualify as counsellors, and was written to meet the BACP Gold Book course accreditation criteria. As an FdA Lecturer you will also be connected with the University of Worcester (subject to approval) as a Registered Lecturer.

You will be required to teach one day per week during term-time plus additional role administration much of which can be worked from home if preferred.

Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling
The Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling is accredited by the BACP and the NCPS. It is a 2 year taught course which upon successful completion of a viva exam, qualifies students as a counsellor. It is taught as a Level 4 equivalent. Essential components of the diploma are focused on building meaningful relationships, integrating counselling knowledge and offering students a wide range of applied skills relevant for those who seek a professional counselling qualification.

You will be required to teach one day per week or one weekend per month during term-time plus additional role administration much of which can be worked from home if preferred.
