Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's education? We are seeking a dedicated 121 Teaching Assistant to support primary school pupils in Exeter, providing focused, one-on-one assistance to help them thrive in the classroom.

The Role:

Providing one-on-one support to a pupil with specific learning needs
Assisting with class activities, ensuring the pupil remains engaged and supported
Implementing tailored learning strategies in collaboration with the teacher and SENCO
Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive social interactions
Supporting emotional and behavioral needs in a nurturing and patient manner

What We Are Looking For :

A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with children, especially in a 121 or SEN support role, preferred but not required
A relevant Teaching Assistant or SEN qualification preferred but not required
An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
