Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Exeter. Immediate Start Options | Exeter, Devon. Teaching Personnel is working closely with a range of primary schools across Exeter, Devon, who are eager to support and develop ECTs at the start of their teaching journey. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and work towards securing a long-term or permanent role.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to work within supportive schools that are committed to high-quality teaching and professional development. You will benefit from strong mentoring, structured support, and opportunities to develop your teaching practice in line with the Early Career Framework (ECF). Roles are available across EYFS and Primary settings, depending on your specialism and preferences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
