With the continued growth and outstanding reputation of our 16–19 full‑time and apprenticeship provision, the Faculty of Engineering, Aerospace & Automotive is excited to recruit a dedicated and empathetic Mentor for engagement. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young learners in one of the UK’s leading colleges.

- Mentoring and coaching 16–19 learners and apprentices in Engineering, Aerospace & Automotive to help them engage fully with college life
- Supporting students through emotional, social and behavioural challenges
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
- Working closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure students succeed
- Liaising with families and external agencies where necessary
- Tracking progress and celebrating student development
