Maths Teacher
Exeter Area
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with schools in the Exeter Area to recruit a Maths Teacher to support pupils across our partner secondary schools.
This opportunity is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teacher with roles ranging from long-term placements to potential permanent opportunities depending on the school’s needs.
The Role
Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Differentiate lessons to support pupils of all abilities
Promote strong numeracy skills and academic confidence
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management

Supportive leadership teams and collaborative Maths departments
Clear behaviour policies and strong safeguarding procedures
Positive learning environments focused on achievement and progress
Conveniently located in and around the Exeter area
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or ECT
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics
Ability to motivate and challenge learners
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Commitment to raising standards and supporting pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
