- mentoring and coaching 16-19 learners and apprentices in Engineering, Aerospace & Automotive to help them engage fully with college life
- supporting students through emotional, social and behavioural challenges
- delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
- working closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure students succeed
- liaising with families and external agencies where necessary
- tracking progress and celebrating student development
- calm, resilient and confident in dealing with challenging situations
- approachable, supportive and a great communicator
- organised and able to manage and monitor effective interventions
- committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
- keen to join a culture where support and success go hand in hand
