Matford Brook Academy welcomed its first Year 7 pupils in September 2023, followed by our first Reception cohort in 2024. By September 2026, the school will include classes in Nursery, Preschool, Reception, Year 1, and a mixed Year 2/3 class, alongside a growing secondary phase covering Years 7-10.

The Phase Leader role is a key position within our expanding school. The Phase Leader for Chapter Two will be responsible for the progress and development of pupils in Years 1-4, teaching within this phase while also providing leadership. We are looking for a passionate, reflective practitioner with high expectations and a clear vision to help shape this important stage of our school's growth.
