About the Role
SEND Inclusion Support is seeking passionate, qualified teachers in Devon to deliver nurturing, personalised teaching across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary settings, including EOTAS (Education Other Than At School) placements.
This role is perfect for teachers who want to make a meaningful difference without the pressures of large classrooms or excessive paperwork. You’ll provide one-to-one or small group support for children facing barriers to learning, including SEND, SEMH, EBSA, and other vulnerabilities, helping them re-engage with education in community, home, and alternative settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised lessons aligned to EYFS, Primary or Secondary curriculum
* Adapt teaching to meet academic and emotional needs of learners
* Support children and young people with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, or those in EOTAS settings
* Teach in alternative settings including community learning hubs, libraries, homes, or other EOTAS provisions
* Create safe, calm, and nurturing learning environments
* Collaborate with families, schools, and external professionals
* Monitor and report progress with minimal paperwork
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Relevant teaching experience in EYFS, Primary or Secondary
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Flexible, compassionate, and child-centred approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Desirable:
* Experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, or EOTAS placements
