Qualified Tutor / Teacher – 1:1 & Small Group Tuition

Locations: Exeter, Exmouth, Topsham, Crediton, Cullompton

We are seeking qualified teachers and specialist tutors to deliver 1:1 and small‑group tuition for learners supported by Devon County Council
.

You will work with children and young people with EHCPs
, supporting learners with ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and MLD
, delivering personalised sessions aligned to individual outcomes. Tuition focuses on re‑engagement, confidence building, and academic progress
.

• Deliver personalised tuition across core and/or vocational subjects
• Adapt learning to meet EHCP targets and individual needs
• Support learners in schools, community venues, or online
• Build positive, trusting relationships to re-engage learners

• QTS / PGCE or relevant degree‑level subject qualification
• Experience working with SEND or vulnerable learners
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Must be able to drive (non‑negotiable)

Pay Rate: £25 – £35 per hour
