Part-time (1 day/week, flexible), fixed-term 3 years

Salary: £12.21/hour (£24,762 FTE)

Purpose of the Role

This role supports the delivery of Assemble, a national youth arts programme. You will help d/Deaf, Disabled, Learning Disabled and Neurodiverse young people access creative opportunities and pathways into the arts Exeter Northcott becomes the South-West partner for National Youth Theatre’s Assemble – Exeter Northcott Theatre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery and administration of the Assemble programme.
  • Assist with research, development and co-curation of activities.
  • Support recruitment and management of freelance creative staff.
  • Help coordinate Assemble Assistants and volunteers.
  • Schedule training and reflection sessions.
  • Collect feedback and evaluation data.
  • Support reporting for funders and partners.
  • Assist with inclusive practice and access support across the network.

  • Lived experience of disability or neurodivergence.
  • Knowledge of arts/creative sector pathways.
  • Experience in schools, FE, or youth programmes.
