Thomas Hall School, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced SEN HLTA to join the School.
Post: SNE Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Thomas Hall School, Exeter, Devon, EX4 5AD
FTE Salary Range: Grade E Pt 15-20, £30,024-£32,597 per annum full time equivalent.
Actual Salary range: £14,081.48-£15,288.12 (Pro Rata)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 22 July 2027, term time only - Maternity Cover

An energetic and dynamic higher level teaching assistant to primarily work with SEN and EAL children in a specialised area of the school.
About the roleCo‑ordinate, plan and deliver intervention programmes for SEN individuals with a particular focus on engagement. Monitor and track progress for students participating in the programmes and report data to the SENCo. Ability to complete numeracy and literacy intervention work up to GCSE level. Monitoring engagement with 'The Hub' space and time spent there.
