Are you passionate about the difference great tutoring can make to young people's lives? Do you enjoy building strong relationships, supporting learner success, and helping create a culture of ambition and belonging?

We’re looking for an existing Programme Leader (0.8 or 1.0

FTE) who is enthusiastic and committed to providing pastoral support to learners, becoming part of our supportive and ambitious team at Exeter College as a Tutorial Area Manager (TAM).

In this role, you’ll work closely with your linked faculties to ensure learners are fully supported through the college tutorial programme, helping them achieve their best possible outcomes and reach their full potential. You’ll also have opportunities to work collaboratively across the college, contributing to initiatives such as the Personal Development Programme, Welcome Days, and ACE Days.

  • can build strong relationships with staff, learners and families
  • is enthusiastic about driving high expectations and continuous improvement
