Salary: £110 - £115 per day

We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND in a secondary school setting. The role is full‑time and begins in September 2026.

• Support students with SEND and deliver targeted interventions.
• Work closely with staff to ensure all students can access learning and achieve success.

• HLTA qualification or relevant school‑based experience.
• Experience supporting students with SEND.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and proactive approach.
