What You'll Be Doing As an SEMH and Wellbeing Support Assistant Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH need Supporting children with anxiety, emotional regulation and confidence-building Delivering small-group interventions focused on wellbeing and social skills Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning Building trusted relationships that help children thrive Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams Why Apply?
