ACORN Training Ltd. is seeking a Trainer Assessor for Residential Childcare in Exeter. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, provide training, coaching and assessment to achieve standard qualifications, and plan progress with employers to prepare for end point assessments.
You will develop training strategies, ensure quality assurance, and maintain accurate records while supporting learners’ English, maths and digital skills and safeguarding responsibilities.
