Teaching Personnel are partnering with a specialist education setting in Exeter to recruit an Outdoor Learning Support Assistant for a permanent role starting in September. You will support students outdoors, building confidence through hands-on activities and practical learning experiences.
The role involves 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional needs, working with staff to meet individual goals and create an engaging, safe outdoor learning environment.
