Inclusion Partner (Exeter & East) – Children Not in School Team
We are looking for a passionate Inclusion Partner committed to ensuring every child in Devon has access to education – especially those missing education or educated at home.
In this role, covering the Exeter & East Devon area you will:
- Advocate for vulnerable children and young people.
- Support families of Children Missing Education and those educated at home.
- Work collaboratively with schools and services to remove barriers to learning.
- Make a real difference in improving their outcomes and opportunities.
- Champion inclusion and ensure equal access to education.
- Build trusting relationships with families.
- Drive positive change across education systems.
- Safeguard and support children at risk of disengagement.

This is a locality based role in Exeter and East Devon for a 2 year fixed term contract.
