Moorlands South West Personal Tutor

We are seeking a new Personal Tutor (with Special responsibilities for Female Students) to provide academic and pastoral support to female MSW students, aiming to develop a quality working relationship with each assigned student, encouraging their personal development and discipleship in line with the holistic nature of Moorlands College training.

Hours
Annualised Hours of 49 hours a year + 13 hours per student. (Hours vary each academic year subject to the number of students enrolled)
2026/27 Academic year = Predict a total annualised hour contract of 179 hours a year (based on 13 students)

The rate for this role will be £15.75 per hour. This is an annualised hour contract and will be subject to the number of students enrolled. For the academic year 2026 /27 we anticipate an annual salary of £3,433 p a.

Pro-rata annual leave based on full time equivalent of 6.8 weeks holiday including pro-rata public holiday allowance.
