Role Overview :
As a Trainer, you will design and deliver innovative training programmes focused on various IT strands, including office productivity tools and bespoke police software like PNC and NICHE. Your expertise will ensure that our team maintains high standards in knowledge, skills, and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions that are relevant and up-to-date.
Identify individual and organisational training needs through thorough analysis.
Create and implement comprehensive training packages using a variety of delivery methods.
Assess and coach students to ensure they meet operational standards.
Collaborate with other trainers and departments to support cross-functional training needs.

What You Bring:

A recognised training or teaching qualification (e.g., Police Trainer Certificate or equivalent).
Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Software, and a flair for innovative training methods, including e-learning and digital media.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with learners and stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple training demands efficiently.
