SEN Learning Support Tutor Jobs - Exeter, Devon£30-£36 per hour | Full-time & Part-time Roles | Community Impact

We’re recruiting across Devon and surrounding areas, including:

• Specialist Tuition - Offering creative child-centered interventions, collaborating and working towards a personalised package of academic, interest-based and mentor-focused support for learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
• Creative Interventions - Use flexible strategies to improve engagement, build confidence, and develop social and emotional skills.
• Multi-Agency Working- Collaborate and communicate with families, professionals and the wider team, to promote the best interests of the child.
• Monitoring Progress - Record and report tangible examples of the student's work, targets, and development throughout the provision.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A recognised teaching qualification is required

• Experience - At least 3 years of teaching/student support experience - experience working with SEN, SEMH learners is ideal but not essential.

• Communication Skills - Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and professionals.
