As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor
, you’ll play a vital role in managing capital investment and forecasting financial impacts across a wide range of projects. From day one, you’ll be supported by a collaborative and inclusive team, gaining hands‑on experience throughout the full lifecycle of project delivery.

• Work across all phases of project delivery, from early design to final settlement.
• Accurately manage capital expenditure and assess the financial impact of infrastructure and property assets on client business models.
• Gain exposure to contract reviews, commercial strategy, and construction settlements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure financial integrity and project success.
• Support clients across sectors including Environment & Water, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Property, and Transportation.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one in Quantity Surveying or a similar subject, ideally accredited with RICS.

In your application, you should aim to demonstrate your genuine interest in both the opportunity and in joining Mott Mac Donald. Highlight any relevant experience or interests—such as modules you’ve studied, previous work experience, or any research you’ve undertaken about our company, values, and projects.
