Solar PV Electrician (Off the Tools) £45,000 - £50,000  Flexitime  Personal Use Van  Tools Provided  Monday to Friday  Heat Pump Training Wigan, Greater Manchester Are you a Solar PV Electrician or similar, looking for an opportunity to progress into a senior role where you can move off the tools a few days per week? Do you want a new Monday to Friday role where you will oversee Solar PV projects and have a long-term career within renewable energy?

This company is a trusted renewable energy specialist delivering nationwide installations of solar PV, heat pumps, and insulation systems. With government and private partnerships with leading utility providers, they're helping thousands of homes cut carbon, save energy, and transition to greener living. In this role, you will provide hands on support for installation engineers in a varied role split between the office and on sites.

It will be your duty to help install, inspect and test Solar PV/Battery systems as well as conduct site surveys/technical assessments for upcoming projects as well as enduring all documentation and paperwork is accurate and timely. This role would suit a Solar PV Electrician or similar, looking for a senior 'off the tools' role where you will be involved on site and have a clear pathway into management.

The Role Inspect, test and certify Solar Installations Split between hands on site work and the office Oversee and mentor engineers on site Complete and submit necessary paperwork Ensure projects comply with BS 7671
