Apply for the 2026 Graduate Programme – Transport & Infrastructure – Roads at WSP in the UK & Ireland.

• Design and draft transport solutions for national and regional infrastructure projects.
• Attend site visits and inspections to support design and construction activities.
• Analyse data and prepare reports to inform project decisions.
• Co‑ordinate projects, managing schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Assist senior engineers and contribute to technical support across the Roads Infrastructure Design team.

• Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related discipline with a minimum 2:2.
• Show a passion for engineering and a drive to solve problems creatively.
• Be enthusiastic about learning and contributing to innovative road and transport projects.
• Preferably be available to start work in April or September 2026.
• Seek to achieve chartered status with a professional body such as ICE and welcome professional development support.
