Graduate / Junior Engineer (Training into Automation Engineering)
£31,000 - £40,000 (£34,000 - £45,000 OTE) + 12.5% Shift Allowance. 33‑Day Holiday. Site‑Based, Commutable from Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Chudleigh, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas. Early / Late weekly rotating shift: 6am‑2pm / 2pm‑10pm.

Role- Help reduce plant downtime by troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment

- Work swing shift: 6am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm
- Engineering graduate or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Strong desire for learning, progression and training
