Due to a rapid increase in workload within their Water sector in the South West, our client requires a Project Manager to support major mains replacements, water pipeline works, deep excavations and pumping stations.
Based from their office in Exeter and sites in the South West, the Project Manager will be responsible for seeing schemes up to £3m through to completion, ensuring they run on time, meet health & safety requirements and stay within budget, while overseeing a team that includes agents, work managers and the engineering team.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering
- SMSTS, First Aid and ideally EUSR certification
- At least 5 years of experience working with main contractors in water and civil engineering
In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with a long‑term contract spanning 2027, with permanent opportunities also available.
