The Opportunity:
This role might suit somebody whos anElectrical Engineer who could also project manage within a manufacturing facility.
Experience in electrical maintenance of industrial services and/or machines would be beneficial OR with building services including fixed installation testing and power distribution. This Electrical Project Engineerrole is critical to ensure that the manufacturing equipment, services, buildings and the entire engineering infrastructure are maintained and improved to meet the current and future demands of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying, specifying, sourcing, and purchasing machines and equipment.
- Supervising sub-contractors, ensuring project implementation to time and cost whilst complying with all Company and H&S requirements.
- Creating project plans to support machine rearrangement, equipment installation, improvement, and cost reduction projects.
- Identifying and implementing cost reduction and method improvement opportunities.
- Purchasing parts and equipment for improvement works, collating receipts and raising purchase requisitions.
