Join our innovative and multidisciplinary Water team as a Senior Project Manager, based in our growing offices.

AECOM is a leader in delivering a diverse portfolio of water programs and projects through long-term partnerships with major UK water companies such as Wessex Water, Welsh Water, South West Water, Thames Water, Severn Trent Water and Tier 1 Contractors.

In this role, you'll lead various aspects of multiple small to medium sized water utility projects, covering both wastewater and potable water schemes within key client long-term frameworks. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Oversee the work of one or more Project Managers and provide support as required into any of the Project Managers tasks.
• Provide input and support on continuous improvement to, and execution of, project delivery procedures.
• Drive consistent Project Manager (PM) practices and procedures in alignment with AECOM PM requirements and the Project Delivery System (PDS).
• Depending on regional or project requirements, you may also project manage more complex projects of your own in addition to the above.

• Experience delivering water and wastewater or treatment projects.
• Strong commercial, risk management and contractual skills and experience, e.g., NEC
  4.
• A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject, and/or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer Status (or working towards) or APM registration.
