Building Services Manager

Bouygues UK, part of the Bouygues Construction group, is looking for a Building Services Manager to lead MEP packages for a large student accommodation project in Exeter.

Exeter, United Kingdom.

Contract:

Permanent. Full time. On‑site.

Requisition

To serve as the Lead Building Services Manager on site, overseeing all MEP packages for the project.

• The scope to be managed includes production works related to:
  • MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising:
    • Refurbishment works in Birks Grange RF block
    • New build activities in all six new blocks
    • Interfaces with all trades
    • Incoming services coordination
    • Substation construction
    • Liaison with the University when required for incoming services
    • Packages range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C.
    • Package cumulative value about £45m

• MEP knowledge and experience
• Ability and experience in delivering large scope and managing large teams
• Structures knowledge
