Job Summary
This position is for a Civil Engineering Technician based in Exeter, on a full-time contract. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum. You will join an engineering consultancy team working alongside experienced engineers, apprentices and technicians on varied design projects. Applicants with varying levels of experience are welcome. Responsibilities- Drainage design and strategy
- Highway and infrastructure design
- Water engineering
- Structural engineering
- Transport planning
- Support a wide range of housing, highways, and local authority projects, including a large housing estate in Cornwall and surrounding infrastructure.
- Level 3, HNC or equivalent
- Based in or commutable to Redruth
- No experience required; a desire to learn and progress is essential.
- Salary £25,000 – £35,000 – depending on experience.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
- 3/6% employer pension contribution.
- Free parking.
- Full training programme, including Civil3D and AutoCAD, with strong progression routes.
