Pell Frischmann is part of RSBG SE, the patient capital investment arm of RAG‑Stiftung. You will join an experienced team specialising in wastewater and clean water projects, infrastructure and non‑infrastructure. The role is based in our Exeter office and involves working on key water sector projects. You will be part of an expert, multidisciplinary team, gaining training and experience in your chosen specialism. Projects will span conception through to tender and construction, with site visits, design review meetings, contractor and vendor liaison.
As part of a 2‑year Graduate Programme, you will network with other graduates, develop project management and business skills, and build competencies aligned with professional institutions.
Main duties- Support implementation of projects to fully meet client requirements, in accordance with relevant standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to provide engineering designs that meet client requirements.
- Prepare designs, drawings, calculations and schedules in your discipline.
- Support preparation of scheme evaluations, design statements, tender documents and other required deliverables.
- Develop understanding of relevant standards, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety legislation and current design best practice.
- Understand BIM standards such as BS1192, PAS
1192 and ISO
19650. - Engage, where possible, in client, contractor and third‑party liaison, including review of third‑party design proposals.
- Develop a good understanding of the Business Management System procedures.
To be considered for this role you need a keen interest in a career within Electrical Engineering Design and come from an Electrical Engineering study background.

Applicants must already have unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of our 2‑to‑3‑year graduate programme, and can’t have a time‑limited right that would expire before July 2029.
