As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the essential link between customers and the technical team, ensuring exceptional service experiences while maximising workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. This customer-facing position offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist product knowledge while building relationships with clients across the South West.

• Advise customers on appropriate HGV parts and components based on their requirements
• Process orders efficiently via telephone, email and in-person at the trade counter
• Utilise parts catalogues and technical systems to identify correct components
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management
• Build and maintain relationships with regular trade customers
• Handle customer queries regarding parts availability, compatibility and pricing
• Work with suppliers to source specialist components when required
• Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives

• Strong customer service skills with a consultative approach
• Previous experience within the commercial vehicle/ automotive industry would be desirable
• Good technical aptitude and willingness to develop product knowledge
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer requirements effectively
