Butler Rose is partnering with a leading organisation in its sector to recruit a Senior FP&A Accountant to head up this function. This is a hybrid working role.

• Leading the creation of the annual planning cycle and budget, while collaborating closely with senior management throughout the process.
• Taking responsibility for ongoing forecasting activities and supporting business leaders in tracking and managing performance against agreed targets.
• Producing key sensitivity analyses and developing "what-if" scenario modelling.
• Managing, maintaining, and further enhancing the financial model.
• Contributing to the assessment of potential M&A opportunities and assisting with upcoming fundraising efforts.
• Enhancing management information by building and sustaining BI dashboards and reporting tools to deliver faster, clearer, and more accessible financial and operational insights.
• Preparing briefing materials for management and presentations for the Board.
• Providing support across a range of strategic programmes and business initiatives.
• Working alongside senior leaders as a key partner in financial decision‑making, including pricing activity and viability assessments for new projects, investments, and business solutions.
