• Provide in‑depth reports and analysis to Advisers, enabling them to present recommendations to clients.
• Liaise with Advisers to determine appropriate recommendations for clients’ financial planning.
• Identify the most suitable solutions and presentations from the information supplied by Advisers.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Understand and apply Quilter Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) philosophy, highlighting any violations.
• Deliver Paraplanning services within FCA Regulations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of financial service platforms and analytical tools such as Defaqto, Engage, Analytics, and X‑Plan (desired).
• Excellent oral, written, and technology communication skills.
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
• CII QCF Level4 Diploma qualified or equivalent (or very close to achieving).
• Analytical mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills.
