Financial Controller

As Finance Manager
, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process and provide meaningful financial insight to support decision-making across the business. This is a varied, hands‑on role with responsibility across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, controls, and process improvement. It would suit a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial thinking in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis
• Lead month‑end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
• Support budgeting, reforecasting, and cash flow planning across the business
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial analysis, commercial insight, and decision support

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or finalist, with strong management accounts experience
• Confident preparing end‑to‑end monthly accounts and supporting reporting for senior leaders
• Strong Excel skills with experience building and analysing financial models
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non‑finance colleagues
