PKF Francis Clark seeks a Transaction Tax Director based in Bristol, Exeter or Poole to lead M&A tax engagements for large corporate clients and private equity houses. The role combines technical advisory with team development within our award-winning tax practice.
You will manage due diligence, vendor advice, and PE-backed transaction structuring, while coordinating with international PKF colleagues. Flexible, hybrid working is offered, with relocation support to the South West encouraged.
