Senior Paraplanner – Edinburgh Leadership, Development & Progression Opportunities We're looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a growing, client-focused financial planning firm in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for a technically strong Paraplanner who enjoys research, report writing, and supporting advisers to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions. Alongside managing complex cases, you'll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior Paraplanners, sharing technical knowledge, and helping drive best practice across the team.

What You'll Bring Significant Paraplanning experience within financial services Proven experience producing compliant suitability reports Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning Sound understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements Excellent written communication and attention to detail Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting junior colleagues Diploma in Financial Planning (Level
4) essential;
Chartered status or progress towards Chartered desirable What's on Offer?
