Bishop Fleming seeks an Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team. You will work with Tax Partners and Directors delivering a wide range of taxation advice on share schemes and equity tax issues in M&A, including signing off share reward tax due diligence reports.
You will also develop trainees and contribute to business development while helping shape the equity incentives tax services strategy across the firm.
