Financial Contoller

Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing and ambitious organisation in Exeter. This role will play a pivotal part in leading and developing the finance team, managing day-to-day financial operations, and driving efficiencies through improved systems, processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the finance function and team Lead the implementation of new systems and processes across the business Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting activities Manage cash flow forecasting and financial planning Partner with senior leaders, providing financial guidance on key projects and initiatives Support the business in achieving key performance and revenue objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to strategic projects and continuous business improvement initiatives About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Highly motivated with a positive, proactive attitude Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially minded with excellent analytical abilities Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing business.
