Trial Balance Consulting is recruiting a Finance Assistant in Exeter for a permanent role with hybrid working. The role supports the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations and VAT reporting. Candidates should have at least 12 months' experience in a similar environment, ideally with AAT or equivalent, and familiarity with cloud-based Xero and ERP systems.

The position is based in Exeter with a hybrid option.
