Essential Employment is recruiting a Planning Officer for a temporary contract in Exeter. You will assess planning applications, apply Local Plan policies, and manage a caseload to meet performance targets.
You will prepare officer recommendations and committee reports, negotiate with applicants to improve proposals, provide pre-application advice, and assist with appeals. The role pays £35 per hour and requires full-time hours where applicable.
