What you will do:

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
• Perform advanced clinical procedures and physical examinations.
• Request and interpret diagnostic investigations such as blood tests, imaging, and ECGs.
• Formulate comprehensive management plans, including prescribing medications.
• Manage urgent and emergency situations, leading resuscitation efforts when necessary.
• Provide holistic care, considering mental and social health aspects.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead and contribute to clinical governance activities like audits and quality improvement.
• Mentor junior staff and colleagues, facilitating professional development.
• Participate in service development to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development and research projects.
• Deliver education and training sessions to healthcare staff.
