As a Registered Nurse on the Acute Medical Unit (AMU) you will be providing high quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have to opportunity to work across all areas of AMU, including:
Triage, Same Day Emergency Care and the Enhanced Care Unit.

As a member of the team on AMU you will experience a wide range of medical conditions, treatments and procedures. You will be working across all areas : AMU, the Medical Triage Unit, Same Day Emergency Care and our new Enhanced Care Unit. AMU plays a pivotal role in supporting patient flow through the hospital meaning that everyday provides varied and exciting experiences.

We pride ourselves on supporting staff development so you will have a wide range of opportunities to build on your clinical knowledge and skills. You will be working closely with teams across the hospital from a variety of specialties so excellent written and verbal communication is an essential requirement for this role.

Working Pattern:37.5 hours per week. Long Day 07:00-19:30, Night 19:00 - 07:30, Early 07:00 - 15:00, Late 12:00 - 20:00
