The Nightingale Hospital Exeter is looking for an Admin Services Manager to join its leadership team for a fixed term 12m period. The site is a Devon ICB system asset with a number of different clinical services on site, established in 2022. There is opportunity to join our leadership team, working across the different services located on the site including;
Southwest Ambulatory Orthopaedic Centre, Centre of Excellence for Eyes, Rheumatology, and the Devon Diagnostic Centre.

This is a broad and exciting role which will give exposure to different services and admin processes across a number of different organisations. Duties will include providing support to the Nightingale Leadership team and acting as a key point of contact for the different administrative teams based on the site. The role will require excellent organisational skills, people skills, and experience of setting up and overseeing complex processes.

The Nightingale is unique in its purpose as a system asset, and the role will require someone who can confidently work across different service to manage and improve administrative pathways; working with key stakeholders including visiting clinicians and external national teams such as GiRFT. This role will have line management responsibility for the Nightingale Administrative Line Manager.

Working Pattern:37.5 hours per week. Mon-Fri 08.00//17.00

This is a fixed term contract until 31/12/2026. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
