Flame Health Audiology is working in partnership with a community-focused healthcare organisation to recruit an Audiology Partner to lead and grow a domiciliary hearing care business across the Exeter area, covering Devon and Somerset

• Position: Audiology Partner
• Location: Exeter area, covering Devon and Somerset, UK
• Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
• Contract Type: Partner / Business Ownership
• Working Model: Domiciliary / Community-Based

• Base Salary: 50K per annum
• 5K Car Allowance
• Dividends: Income growth linked to business performance
• First-Year Incentives - Salary 70K:
  • 10K bonus at 6 months
  • An additional 10K bonus at 12 months
