Maria Mallaband Care Group is hiring a Clinical Lead based in Ottery St. Mary, Devon, South West, UK

This is a Full time opportunity (£25.50 per Hour).
THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED NURSES ONLY
Clinical Lead Nurse – Nursing home experience essential
40 hours per week
For this post you need good understanding of PCS system, medication management, strong leadership in order to build and manage a team.
Excellent understanding of dementia and complex care auditing and Clinical Governance.
Other skills required:
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in nursing home care.
- Leadership skills to build and manage a team.
- Understanding of PCS system and medication management.
- Experience with dementia and complex care auditing.
- Knowledge of Clinical Governance.
